2. Description of Digital Products
MyAstrovani provides personalized astrological reports prepared according to the birth parameters (Date, Time, Place of Birth) submitted by the customer. All reports are delivered digitally via Email in PDF format within the estimated 24-hour delivery window.
3. Language & Non-Refundable Policy
Report Language: Reports are provided in English.
Strictly Non-Refundable: Because astrology reports are bespoke digital products involving immediate mathematical analysis upon order placement, all sales are final once an order is submitted.
1-Hour Birth Detail Correction Limit: If you made an error in your submitted birth details (Date, Time, or Place of Birth), you must email support@myastrovani.shop within 1 hour of purchase. Changes requested after 1 hour cannot be accommodated.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Our services and reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. Astrology is an interpretive study based on ancient planetary positions. Predictions are not guarantees of future events and should not replace certified professional advice.
